All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping options to our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags must be attached
- Shoes must not show signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear & intimates and sleepwear unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return an item:

- We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the completed return form (sent with your order)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
For exchanges (size or color):
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return
Alternatively, you may place a new order for the desired item while returning the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
