Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging included. Please note:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear & Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sleepwear that has been removed from its original packaging
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Fashion Concierge team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return mailing label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original packaging and include all tags. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
