I bought them because I needed green shoes for an event and I love them! After the event they will become my go to fall boot! Super cute and they fit well and are comfortable.

A little snug BUT . Non-slip on tile so good grip for slippery weather. Feel a bit clunky BUT these are very sturdy shoes for bad weather / rugged environments–they feel like they’d be very warm for the winter.

I absolutely adore these boots, especially the rich green color. They are solidly made but lightweight, with an outstanding lug sole for our icy New England winters. Unfortunately, they are just a little too snug for my feet. My feet are a tiny touch on the wide side, and I’m fine in regular leather, but patent leather does not have enough give for me to trust that these would break in enough to be comfortable. If I were a true medium width, I’d be thrilled with these; sadly, they go back.

I wanted to add something to my earlier review of these boots; they are great, but for anyone who’s hoping they’ll stretch, note that they’re actually FAUX patent leather, and have even less of a chance of stretching than real patent leather. Also: I’m disappointed that Zappos asks that they be returned in a shipping box, yet they were shipped to me in a plastic bag. Hm.

Such fun boots! They did set off the airport alarm, but since they have the side zip were super easy to get off and on again.

I wasn’t sure which size to choose, since Zappos noted 6.5-7 and then 7.5-8. However, I am typically a size 7, so the the smaller size fit me perfectly. I think these boots are very cool looking and love the fact they are waterproof. An added plus, for me, what that my grandson’s team colors are green and white. It’s awesome that I can wear green boots to the high school football games when the weather turns cold in Pittsburgh.

Gorgeous!! I want them in every color!! There are some fit issues to consider, but they’re definitely worth it.
Too bad I have to return them for a larger size that isn’t currently in stock at Zappos (so I had no choice but to get the black pair in my size from somewhere else). I normally wear 7.5 in most every brand (I have a lot of shoes), and always a 7 in Sorel (my go-to brand).
My feet are only slightly narrow (closer to average, though) with particularly high arches, so this can be a challenge. I ordered the 7.5-8 size, worrying that they’d be too large. Nope, they squeezed & rubbed the top of my feet too hard & I know this material won’t stretch. This unusual fit is a common problem when I want a low heel.
The 8.5-9 fit well enough, but are a too long. However, I suspect they’ll be fabulous with an additional cushion insert & midweight socks.
My ACL was replaced last year, so stability is very important to me right now & I need all new shoes (how I miss my heeled boots). I anticipate they’ll be great for daily casual wear throughout the winter in Wisconsin, with excellent stability, but probably won’t be the best for longer walks because of inherently poor to fair arch support (that can be remedied with inserts).
I’ll wear them to work with tights & pretty dresses under my lab coat – perhaps not everyone can get away with that look for business casual, but I like to blend pretty with a slight edge. I’m in my mid-40s, so I pretty much wear whatever I want these days.
If Zappos can stock the size I need, I’ll probably get another pair. I had green Doc Marten combat boots that I loved back in high school, so I’m partial to that color, although the blue is also lovely. Tough call!

I really like these boots. I ordered them in Navy Blue. They are waterproof, but I will wear them on any cool day, rain or shine. I was a little apprehensive on having the patent leather, but I have worn them several times now. Had one close call as I was closing the garden gate and almost scraped the gate across the toe of the boot, but thank goodness, it wasn’t a deep scratch and the boots still look good. Must be more careful, but still not tiptoeing around. The boots are solid and very comfortable. They can go the distance all day without me wanting to run home and kick them off. Very pleased.

They are great boots. Love the patent and heel style. They run really small and narrow. Would have to take socks off if I wanted to keep/wear them. Very comfortable foot bed. Wish other boots would have same comfort!
