I love these shoes! I normally wear size 8.5, and the size 39 is a perfect fit, but would probably be a tad short for someone that was a true size 9. Such a comfortable sandal and I think I’ll pick up another pair!

The style of this sandal is very cute, the width of the toe strap and ankle strap are in good proportion to each other and the foot. I bought them in Taupe. The fit is large for me – I wear a pretty consistent size 9 (size 39 for this sandal) but had to size up to 40 (9.5-10) in these. The footbed is moderately cushioned. They did rub a spot on my big toes after the first wearing but haven’t bothered me since (have worn them 10+ times since then) – either my toe toughened up or the leather softened. I love these sandals: They’re comfy and I think they have a classic, quietly high-quality look.

Loved the looks of these sandals on the website and was impressed by the reviews. Although they were on the expensive side, I went for it and was NOT disappointed! Extremely comfortable – no rubbing or irritation. They go with everything from jeans to capris to skirts. Very pleased with this purchase!

These are hip and comfortable. I love them. Up close the grass part looks a little cheap- interested to see how they hold up. They probably won’t be my running around playing with the kids sandals because I don’t want to ruin them, but as a summer shoe for church and dates, I love them. Again, so comfortable.

It runs small. I’m usually 39 (8.5-9 US), this one I got in size 40 as the smaller one was less comfortable.
This shoe looks great on the foot, nice design and very comfortable. I walked all over in Europe for a week wearing this shoe.

I’ve owned a pair of these sandals for 2 years, wearing them as my primary summer shoe. They really hold up well, and go with everything. I get compliments on them daily and they are super comfortable. Coming back for a replacement! Worth the price, and great for people with high arches, or someone who pounds the NYC streets daily.

I can’t praise these sandals enough. Since I bought my first pair 5 years ago, they have become the only sandal I ever want to wear. I’m on my second pair now (I find that they last 2-3 summers with every day wear and a lot of walking) and I can’t imagine finding a pair of sandals I love more.
They are understated without being boring, and the black/tan combination means they go with pretty much everything. They have all the comfort of flats with the aesthetic benefits of a slight wedge, which makes my legs look longer and flatters the shape of my foot. The slight wedge also provides some much needed heel support, and I find that, unlike with flats, my heels don’t feel sore after walking long distances.
I’ve worn these sandals on every trip I’ve taken abroad, and they’ve seen me through walking tours of large cities, cobblestones, hills, grass, everything. I get tons of compliments on them, and several friends who have bought them on my recommendation have fallen in love with them too. Just try them!

Cute, but the strap around the ankle was stiff so it wasn’t very comfortable.

Extremely poor workmanship ~ Appreciating the style and mottled skin, I requested first pair proved not to have holes punched all the way through the right sandal. The second pair had that problem on the left sandal, but it also had globule of rough glue and hemp protruding from one side. It could not be broken off without damaging the side and integrity of the sandal. Further, the inside of the right side was rough on top of large toe.

These are really cute shoes, the size was perfect. But the leather on the ankle strap was really stiff and started rubbed on my ankle when I was wearing them around the house this morning. I’m afraid that I I wore them for an extended period of time, I would get a rub sore on my ankle, so alas they are going back.

The Amanda shoe is ok. It looks cute enough, but has very little arch support. It will just be a shoe a wear to church, or somewhere where I don’t have to be doing a lot of walking.

Super cute sandals, they’re actually more comfortable than I expected them to be — I find myself forgetting to take them off when I come home, I barely notice them! I do wish they had a little more arch support, but that’s a minor quibble. The leather upper isn’t as soft as I’d like, but I’m hoping in time it’ll get more comfy as I break them in.
