Super cute shoe but runs small/narrow. 8.5 was way too tight and the 9 gaped on the side and slightly slipped off the heel. Returning sadly.

Not sure what happened here but the box arrived in an Amazon box and not the original packaging. Really wanted to like these as they were exactly what I was looking for but they are very narrow. Zappos customer service is always a winner though with returns and I will keep trying.

They showed up scuffed so I am exchanging them. Couldn’t get them to look good. NOT happy. Were they someone else’s return?? Other than that I love the style and they’re very comfy.
